Mediante un oficio enviado por el secretario general de Gobierno, Horacio Duarte Olivares, se confirm\u00f3 que, por tercer a\u00f1o consecutivo, la mandataria acudir\u00e1 personalmente a la sede legislativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El informe ser\u00e1 recibido por el diputado Vladimir Hern\u00e1ndez Villegas, presidente de la Directiva de la LXII Legislatura, junto con el diputado Jos\u00e9 Francisco V\u00e1zquez Rodr\u00edguez, presidente de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica (Jucopo), y los l\u00edderes de las distintas fracciones parlamentarias: Jos\u00e9 Alberto Couttolenc Buentello (PVEM), El\u00edas Rescala Jim\u00e9nez (PRI), Oscar Gonz\u00e1lez Y\u00e1\u00f1ez (PT), Pablo Fern\u00e1ndez de Cevallos Gonz\u00e1lez (PAN), Juan Manuel Zepeda Hern\u00e1ndez (MC) y Omar Ortega \u00c1lvarez (PRD). En el Sal\u00f3n Benito Ju\u00e1rez tambi\u00e9n se dar\u00e1n cita legisladores de todos los grupos parlamentarios e integrantes del gabinete estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con el Reglamento del Poder Legislativo, tras la recepci\u00f3n del informe la Asamblea iniciar\u00e1 el an\u00e1lisis de su contenido en sesi\u00f3n plenaria, la cual deber\u00e1 llevarse a cabo en un plazo de entre 10 y 20 d\u00edas posteriores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, el marco legal regula las comparecencias de las personas servidoras p\u00fablicas del Ejecutivo, las cuales se realizar\u00e1n ante el Pleno o en comisiones bajo protesta de decir verdad.
