La ceremonia, presidida por el alcalde constitucional Juan Manuel L\u00f3pez Ad\u00e1n, se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el marco del 109 aniversario de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, estableciendo este documento como la columna vertebral para el orden y la armon\u00eda en el municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su mensaje, L\u00f3pez Ad\u00e1n subray\u00f3 que este bando no representa un simple tr\u00e1mite administrativo, sino una declaraci\u00f3n de principios dise\u00f1ada para adaptar la ley nacional a la realidad espec\u00edfica de las comunidades locales. \u00abEs la gu\u00eda que ordena, protege y orienta nuestra convivencia; la base para que nuestras familias vivan mejor y nuestras calles sean m\u00e1s seguras\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 el edil ante los asistentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pilares del nuevo ordenamiento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El Bando Municipal 2026 se fundamenta en cuatro ejes estrat\u00e9gicos: justicia social, mediante la definici\u00f3n clara de derechos y obligaciones; orden p\u00fablico, para garantizar servicios eficientes; identidad local, que reconoce los valores y tradiciones del municipio; y la corresponsabilidad ciudadana, invitando a la sociedad a participar activamente en el cumplimiento de la ley como un pacto colectivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el respaldo de la s\u00edndica, regidoras, regidores y autoridades auxiliares, el Ayuntamiento reafirm\u00f3 su voluntad de gobernar bajo principios de justicia y humanismo.
