{"id":51518,"date":"2025-11-26T10:30:11","date_gmt":"2025-11-26T16:30:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/continuamosmx.com\/?p=51518"},"modified":"2025-11-26T10:30:12","modified_gmt":"2025-11-26T16:30:12","slug":"reconocen-avances-del-congreso-mexiquense-en-la-lucha-contra-la-violencia-de-genero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/continuamosmx.com\/index.php\/2025\/11\/26\/reconocen-avances-del-congreso-mexiquense-en-la-lucha-contra-la-violencia-de-genero\/","title":{"rendered":"RECONOCEN AVANCES DEL CONGRESO MEXIQUENSE EN LA LUCHA CONTRA LA VIOLENCIA DE G\u00c9NERO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">*<strong>Acciones de reflexi\u00f3n y endurecimiento de penas marcan la pauta en el Poder Legislativo estatal.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La diputada <strong>Ana Yurixi Leyva Pi\u00f1\u00f3n<\/strong> (PT) y <strong>Liliana D\u00e1valos Ham<\/strong>, titular del \u00d3rgano Superior de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n del Estado de M\u00e9xico (OSFEM), destacaron las significativas acciones implementadas por el Congreso mexiquense para combatir la violencia de g\u00e9nero, incluyendo actividades de reflexi\u00f3n, importantes reformas legales y la notable <strong>disminuci\u00f3n del 92 por ciento<\/strong> de casos reportados de violencia, discriminaci\u00f3n, acoso y hostigamiento sexual dentro del Poder Legislativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Marco de la Conmemoraci\u00f3n y Compromiso Institucional<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las funcionarias emitieron sus comentarios durante la conferencia magistral <strong>\u201cEl papel de las instituciones p\u00fablicas en la prevenci\u00f3n y en la erradicaci\u00f3n de la violencia de g\u00e9nero\u201d<\/strong>, impartida por Luz Mar\u00eda Villalva Campos, en el marco del <strong>D\u00eda Internacional de la Eliminaci\u00f3n de la Violencia contra las Mujeres<\/strong>, conmemorado cada 25 de noviembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la Biblioteca Legislativa, la diputada Leyva Pi\u00f1\u00f3n, quien preside la Comisi\u00f3n de Declaratorias de Alerta de Violencia de G\u00e9nero contra las Mujeres por Feminicidio y Desaparici\u00f3n, enfatiz\u00f3 que las instituciones tienen la capacidad y el deber de <strong>\u201cabrir caminos para transformar la realidad\u201d<\/strong>. Subray\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, que cada ajuste al marco jur\u00eddico es fundamental para construir un territorio m\u00e1s seguro, justo e igualitario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Endurecimiento de Sanciones y Cifra R\u00e9cord de Reducci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Liliana D\u00e1valos Ham reconoci\u00f3 el trabajo de la Unidad de Igualdad de G\u00e9nero y Erradicaci\u00f3n de la Violencia del Congreso, y resalt\u00f3 la reciente aprobaci\u00f3n de la <strong>reforma al delito de acoso sexual<\/strong>, propuesta por la gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta iniciativa, avalada el pasado 12 de noviembre, <strong>endurece las sanciones<\/strong> al establecer penas de hasta <strong>12 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n<\/strong> cuando la conducta se cometa de manera reiterada o se aproveche de circunstancias que generen desventaja, indefensi\u00f3n o riesgo inminente para la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a las acciones internas, <strong>Cristian Alfredo Aguilar Peralta<\/strong>, encargado de la Unidad de Igualdad de G\u00e9nero y Erradicaci\u00f3n de la Violencia, inform\u00f3 sobre la actualizaci\u00f3n del <strong>Protocolo para la Prevenci\u00f3n y Atenci\u00f3n de Presuntos Casos de Violencia Laboral, Discriminaci\u00f3n, Hostigamiento y Acoso Sexual<\/strong>, cuyo contenido ser\u00e1 difundido en el pr\u00f3ximo mes de diciembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reflexi\u00f3n sobre la Violencia Estructural<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La expositora, Luz Mar\u00eda Villalva Campos, abord\u00f3 la complejidad de la violencia estructural, destacando que las instituciones deben reconocer que las personas acuden a ellas para la defensa de sus derechos vulnerados.
