{"id":50479,"date":"2025-07-15T05:51:11","date_gmt":"2025-07-15T05:51:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/continuamosmx.com\/?p=50479"},"modified":"2025-07-15T05:51:12","modified_gmt":"2025-07-15T05:51:12","slug":"investigan-desvios-millonarios-en-tlalnepantla-detectan-obras-pagadas-y-no-ejecutadas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/continuamosmx.com\/index.php\/2025\/07\/15\/investigan-desvios-millonarios-en-tlalnepantla-detectan-obras-pagadas-y-no-ejecutadas\/","title":{"rendered":"INVESTIGAN DESV\u00cdOS MILLONARIOS EN TLALNEPANTLA; DETECTAN OBRAS PAGADAS Y NO EJECUTADAS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>*Alcalde revela posibles irregularidades por m\u00e1s de 171.8 millones de pesos y m\u00e1s de 300 millones en obras hidr\u00e1ulicas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por Jorge Contreras<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tlalnepantla, M\u00e9x.\u2013 El gobierno municipal de Tlalnepantla, encabezado por el alcalde Raciel P\u00e9rez Cruz, revel\u00f3 la detecci\u00f3n de posibles desv\u00edos de recursos p\u00fablicos que superar\u00edan los 171.8 millones de pesos, adem\u00e1s de irregularidades adicionales que podr\u00edan sumar m\u00e1s de 300 millones de pesos en obras hidr\u00e1ulicas pagadas y no realizadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En conferencia, el edil detall\u00f3 que entre los hallazgos m\u00e1s graves se encuentra el programa Tarjeta Joven, en el que se falsificaron firmas de los beneficiarios y habr\u00edan desviado alrededor de 22 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, inform\u00f3 sobre observaciones en el contrato de luminarias, donde se gastaron 148 millones para la instalaci\u00f3n de 20 mil l\u00e1mparas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro de los se\u00f1alamientos involucra al \u00e1rea de deporte municipal, cuyo titular era representante legal de una empresa que autorizaba el uso y aprovechamiento de instalaciones deportivas, lo que representa un posible conflicto de inter\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El alcalde tambi\u00e9n expuso que se detect\u00f3 alteraci\u00f3n de documentos, firmas falsas y gratificaciones que rebasaban los 600 mil pesos anuales para algunos funcionarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso del Organismo P\u00fablico Descentralizado Municipal de Agua Potable, Alcantarillado y Saneamiento (OPDM) de Tlalnepantla, se identificaron pagos por trabajos que nunca se ejecutaron, como perforaci\u00f3n de pozos y rehabilitaci\u00f3n de cisternas en comunidades como Los Rosarios, El Tenayo y Los Reyes Ixtacala, entre otros.
