{"id":42995,"date":"2023-05-10T08:13:58","date_gmt":"2023-05-10T08:13:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/continuamosmx.com\/?p=42995"},"modified":"2023-05-10T08:14:00","modified_gmt":"2023-05-10T08:14:00","slug":"el-ser-y-la-nada-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/continuamosmx.com\/index.php\/2023\/05\/10\/el-ser-y-la-nada-4\/","title":{"rendered":"EL SER Y LA NADA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por: Fernando Lira Flores *<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>MEGATENDENCIAS EDUCATIVAS DESDE LA PROSPECTIVA<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy, en este art\u00edculo del <strong><u>Ser y la Nada<\/u><\/strong>, les saludo, y espero y deseo que se encuentren bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pandemia, no solo vino a cambiar completamente al mundo, sino que transform\u00f3 la forma de vivir, trabajar, educar, aprender a construir y reconstruir todas las relaciones personales, laborales y profesionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante esto, hoy, el mundo est\u00e1 aprehendiendo de las tecnolog\u00edas y herramientas necesarias para practicar, accionar y proceder de forma \u00e1gil, r\u00e1pida y adaptable, e incluir lo anterior en la nueva educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me permito retomar parte de un art\u00edculo de opini\u00f3n de esta columna, escrito el a\u00f1o 2019 para Continuamos.mx, titulado The new vision for education 2019 World Economic Forum y confrontarlo, con lo prescrito por la UNESCO y el Project Management Institute, con el fin de verter en este art\u00edculo de opini\u00f3n, los pormenores de las megatendencias educativas desde una perspectiva personal y prospectiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continuamos\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las tendencias educativas se relacionan principalmente con el cambio de la econom\u00eda, las pol\u00edticas y las tecnolog\u00edas, por lo tanto, se busca satisfacer por medio de la educaci\u00f3n la formaci\u00f3n de los estudiantes encaminada hacia estos \u00e1mbitos, en especial el laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el art\u00edculo The new vision for education 2019 World Economic Forum&nbsp; Continuamos (2019), se present\u00f3 lo que el Economic Forum indicaba como base para la nueva educaci\u00f3n. Entre otros aspectos consideraron: las nuevas habilidades socioemocionales, finanzas y protecci\u00f3n social, habilidades educativas, emprendimiento, estudios de la cuarta revoluci\u00f3n industrial, valorar los riesgos globales, participaci\u00f3n c\u00edvica, econom\u00eda digital y sociedad, manufactura y producci\u00f3n, innovaci\u00f3n social, paridad de g\u00e9nero y movimientos migratorios, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moya (2021), por su parte, nos menciona que el cambio educativo para el 2021 que vendr\u00eda bien a la educaci\u00f3n, debiera manejar dos aspectos fundamentales que son: el&nbsp;<em>microaprendizaje<\/em><em>&nbsp;y <\/em>el<em>eduentretenimiento<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Project Management Institute (PMI), en su informe para Am\u00e9rica latina 2022, Forbes (2022), vincula: el aspecto comercial, geopol\u00edtico, tecnol\u00f3gico y de relaciones a partir de la disrupci\u00f3n digital, crisis clim\u00e1ticas, cambios demogr\u00e1ficos, econ\u00f3micos, de la mano de obra y movimientos civiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para no ahondar m\u00e1s en esto, presentamos a continuaci\u00f3n lo que a nuestro leal saber y entender ser\u00e1n las megatendencias educativas para los a\u00f1os venideros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La inteligencia artificial, permitir\u00e1 ahorros de tiempo en la b\u00fasqueda de informaci\u00f3n; as\u00ed como para conformar productos y proyectos escolares en corto plazo y a la exposici\u00f3n de temas con r\u00e1pida respuesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El micro aprendizaje, se orientar\u00e1 a ense\u00f1ar habilidades y conocimientos de forma r\u00e1pida y concisa, usando las TIC y la AI como lo indican Li y cols. (2021), para depurar, mejorar y retener conocimientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El aprendizaje en l\u00ednea. Desde Hodges y cols. (2020), ser\u00e1 una modalidad educativa flexible y accesible a los estudiantes, permitiendo no solo el uso de plataformas educativas, sino proveyendo de mayor interacci\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n entre ellos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La educaci\u00f3n STEM (Ciencia, Tecnolog\u00eda, Ingenier\u00eda y Matem\u00e1ticas por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), se orientar\u00e1 al aprendizaje y la aplicaci\u00f3n de habilidades en estas \u00e1reas del saber, permitiendo el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico-social esperado para el avance tecnol\u00f3gico, seg\u00fan la UNESCO (2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las habilidades socioemocionales. Sentar\u00e1n las bases de la ense\u00f1anza y su desarrollo, conforme a los valores y resoluci\u00f3n de problemas, toma de decisiones y lograr una autoconciencia, y la b\u00fasqueda del \u00e9xito perso profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Habilidades econ\u00f3mico-administrativas. Permitir\u00e1n sortear ante la vida real sus finanzas y la administraci\u00f3n de sus tiempos y movimientos en lo personal y laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El aprendizaje socio colaborativo. Fomentar\u00e1 la interacci\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n entre estudiantes y docentes, que seg\u00fan Johnson y cols (2020) mejorar\u00e1n la comprensi\u00f3n, no solo de los conceptos, sino de las habilidades sociales y emocionales entre ambas partes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El aprendizaje personalizado. Ser\u00e1 la adaptaci\u00f3n a las necesidades y habilidades individuales de los estudiantes, conforme lo especifica Hern\u00e1ndez (2021), buscando la personalizaci\u00f3n educativa, creando ambientes de aprendizaje m\u00e1s inclusivos y adaptables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La realidad virtual y aumentada. Apoyar\u00e1n a la transformaci\u00f3n de la ense\u00f1anza y aprendizaje, como lo indican Kim y cols. (2021), ayudando a los estudiantes a visualizar conceptos abstractos, mejorar su comprensi\u00f3n y crear experiencias educativas inmersivas y colaborativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La autogesti\u00f3n del aprendizaje y administraci\u00f3n del tiempo.
